Our Philosophy
ABOUT SEXHALE
Sexhale, a portmanteau of the words sex and exhale, was created as a way to symbolize the importance of being confident enough to breathe in times of discomfort. Often times, we get so nervous about discussing personal topics like sex that we literally hold our breath and tense up. Our company specializes in love, relationship, & intimacy coaching, courses and energy healing services for adults of all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds to overcome the societal notion that anything regarding sex is taboo.
OUR APPROACH
At Sexhale Services, our approach is rooted in love, connection, and healing. We believe that a healthy sex life is essential to overall well-being and happiness. Our team of therapists and coaches are trained to help you overcome any obstacles that may be preventing you from experiencing the love and intimacy you desire. Through our counseling, coaching, courses, workshops and energy healing services, we can help you connect with your partner on a deeper level and heal any past traumas that may be affecting your relationship. Nijeria Jones
Licenced Counselor, Certified Sexologist, & Reiki Practitioner
Nijeria is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been working in mental health services since 2015 and graduated with her M.S. in Counseling and Human Development in 2018 from Radford University. Nijeria has a background in psychology, sociology, liberal studies (gender, religion, & culture), & sex therapy. Nijeria has certifications in sexology, relationship coaching and Reiki. She is currently obtaining her Ph.D in Human Sexuality Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies
Ronda Thornton
Certified Master Sexpert, Loveologist, Christian and Relationship Coach
Ronda is a Certified Relationship and Life Coach as well as an expert Sexologist. She has worked in the medical field for over 20 years and is a family service counselor. Ronda often volunteers across states at food banks and homeless shelters. She is a mother of 7 and has always been upfront and honest about sexuality. Her many years of work in the sex field have made her a go-to mentor for those wanted to explore their own sexuality.
Cathy Martin
Administrative Director, Event Coordinator, & Community Liaison
Cathy has many accolades from her criminal justice degree to motherhood. Cathy has years worth of entrepreneurial experience as she's operated her own business as well as led other businesses and organizations to greatness. As our Administrative Director and Group Moderator, Ms. Cathy is your go to for memberships questions, events, and more!
